Aquafit
By using your body’s natural buoyancy, water reduces joint stress while creating natural resistance to work the muscles. This class includes an aerobic workout, muscle conditioning segment & relaxing stretch.
Barre
If you are seeking long lean muscle tone, this class delivers a combination of ballet, Pilates, balance and strength training all in one for all ages.
B.A.S. Fitness (bad ass seniors)
Improve strength, flexibility, posture and balance. Exercise at your own pace with resistance tools including bands, balls and weights.
Burn
A 45 min class utilizing muscle set burnouts with a tiny bit of cardio in between each to spike that heart rate! Get ready to BURN that fat.
BURNIN’ BANDS
A total body strength workout hitting all the major muscle groups using resistance bands to “burn” up those muscles.  Sets, reps and short rests make for a dynamic and fun way to strength train and build muscle endurance.
Box & Stretch
Get a two-for-one deal with 45 minutes of cardio kickboxing and 45 mins of stretching and meditation.  It’s a full package deal wrapped up with a bow!
Cardio Kickboxing
A high-energy workout that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. You’ll love this full-body workout that improves strength, agility, and cardiovascular fitness.
Cardio MMA
Prepare to sweat during this 45 min Mixed Martial Arts class where you do everything from kicking to punching, along with learning elements of Karate, Taekwondo, Kung Fu and more.
Dance Flow
Incorporating various styles of dancing and music genres while focusing on floorwork, isolation, versatility, endurance, and improvisation, Dance Flow will bring happiness to your heart, while leaving you pleasantly exhausted! A great workout, easy to follow, and designed for everyone to enjoy!
Fluid Motion
Mobility, flexibility, and retraining those problem areas will have you thanking yourself later for taking this class. It has it all.
HIIT-bata
High intensity interval training, tabata style. You’ll finish this class hot, dripping, and glad you got it done early.
Intervals
Alternating cardio and strength moves, high intensity and low intensity, you’ll not only get a great muscle burn but also cardio-vascularly.
Metabolic Charge
Short bursts of maximum effort cardio packed into a 30 minute power workout!
Pilates Mat
In this class you will work through the traditional Pilates Mat exercises to connect with your deepest core muscles and find your deepest inner strength. By finding opposition in your body with the Pilates exercises, your core engages deeply and this strength will translate into your everyday life. 
Power Pedal
A new “spin” on traditional Spin class — we incorporate free weights for upper body toning

Sculpt
Using the Pilates method as the foundation, instructors will incorporate balls, bands, dumbbells, sliders, and more with compound movements to create a workout that will leave you wondering what just happened. Sculpt, that’s what happened. You’ll be pleasantly surprised with the number of calories you’ll burn and the sweat that will drip.
Spin™
